Information & Permission
Mira may ask about your family's living situation, basic needs, and what you are trying to find help with. This helps identify the right programs for you.
Your information stays private. It is shared only with your permission. You control what gets shared with authorized workers or partner organizations.
You can authorize a school liaison or a community caseworker to view your needs so they can help you directly without asking you to repeat your story.
Mira is a casework assistant. She does not make final decisions about who gets help, and she cannot guarantee that you will receive housing, funding, or specific services.
Mira is not an emergency response service. If you or your family are in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911 or contact local emergency services immediately.
Share your information and Family Thread will help connect you with McKinney-Vento support. Texting is optional. You can get the same help by phone or through your school district’s McKinney-Vento liaison.
